Full Management
If you find that you are ready to have a team manage your investments, our “Full Management” service is the best option for you. This package includes maintenance, property turnovers, marketing, showings, applicant screening, lease drafting/signing, inspection reports, lease renewals, and rent collection. All tenant communication will be handled through our department, though we pride ourselves in keeping the owners informed. Our easy to use owner portal, allows you access to your client ledger, as well as all documentation associated with your investment. We strive to provide you with great communication and customer service through our knowledgeable team of professionals.

Lease Up
For owners that still want to be involved in the day-to-day operations of managing their investments, The “Lease Up” package is a great fit. Many of our owners find that marketing, scheduling showings and screening applicants can be a daunting process. We are happy to efficiently handle this for you every step of the way. We strive to beautifully market your investments, handle all self showings, execute the lease documents on your behalf, and seamlessly prepare your tenants for move in day. Our screening process has proven to place qualified tenants in properties efficiently, while maximizing your market value potential.

If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a signed lease and a tenant takes occupancy.
