Choose the Right Management SERVICES
Full Service Management Package
- One time setup fee - $50 per unit with 12 month contract
- Monthly management fee – 12%
- Leasing fee – 75% of one month’s rent per unit ($600 minimum)
- Renewal fee - $150 for all lease renewals
- Eviction fee - $275 plus any court fees and costs (for any tenant that was existing at the time we took over management)
Lease Up Package
- Marketing investment - $150 per unit per time
- Leasing Fee of 1 full month’s rent (Minimum of $800)
